Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Luxe Horizons Tribe, an independently owned affiliate of WorldVia Travel Network (“Agency”), and the user (“Client” or “you”) who accesses this website and/or engages Agency services for travel-related bookings and arrangements. By utilizing this website or contracting with Luxe Horizons Tribe for travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Luxe Horizons Tribe provides travel planning, advisory, and booking services through third-party suppliers including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and ground transportation providers. Agency acts solely as an agent for such suppliers and does not own, control, or operate any travel service providers.
2. Bookings and Payment
All travel bookings made through Luxe Horizons Tribe are subject to availability and confirmation from the respective third-party suppliers. Final pricing, itineraries, and arrangements are determined by suppliers and may change without prior notice. Payment terms for travel services, deposits, and fees are outlined at the time of booking and must be adhered to by the Client.
3. Changes and Cancellations
Any requests for changes or cancellations by the Client are subject to supplier policies, which may include non-refundable deposits or fees. Luxe Horizons Tribe will facilitate such requests but is not liable for fees or losses incurred due to supplier policies. Suppliers reserve the right to modify, cancel, or substitute arrangements when necessary.
4. Limitation of Liability
Agency shall not be liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of third-party suppliers, nor for any personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, inconvenience, or other irregularity related to third-party travel services. All travel services are accepted by the Client with the understanding of these limitations. Agency’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of fees received from the Client for services rendered.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable travel documentation, visa requirements, identification, and health policies for all destinations. The Client warrants that all information provided to Agency is complete and accurate. Agency is not responsible for denied entry, missed flights, or delays due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
6. Data Protection and Use of Site
Your use of this website and provision of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. The Client agrees not to use this site for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes and is responsible for keeping account and personal information accurate and confidential.
7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or Agency services shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in North Carolina courts.
8. Acceptance of Terms
Continued use of Luxe Horizons Tribe’s website or engagement with Agency services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and acknowledgment of the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy.
